4.3 Location Information (Optional)
If your App includes field operations, deliveries, attendance, geo-fencing, or nearby search features, we may collect location information only after you grant permission.
- Precise location (GPS) – used for field visit check-in/check-out, geo-fencing/attendance validation, and capturing the location at the time of QR/transaction scans to prevent misuse and ensure traceability.
- Approximate location (network-based) – used for showing nearby/assigned dealers, branches, service points or territories; improving routing/beat planning; and supporting fraud prevention when precise GPS is unavailable.
- Background location (only if strictly required) – used for continuous trip/route tracking during active field duty or delivery/dispatch journeys (only when enabled by the user/organization) for live visibility, compliance, and proof of service/visit completion.
If location is not required for your App, remove this section and ensure the App does not request location permissions.
4.4 Camera / Photos / Files (Optional)
If your App allows uploading photos/documents (e.g., KYC, site images, invoices, proof of delivery), the App may request access to device camera and/or storage/media libraries based on your device OS.

The App will request access to Contacts/Microphone/Calendar only if the feature requires it. If not applicable, remove.
